Trail conditions:

Please use caution when hiking on the trails. Some of the trails are very muddy and may be slippery.

The trail(s):
The trail runs along the river, offering the river bottom forest of elm, ash, cottonwood, oak and basswood. Wildlife that can be seen are deer, jackrabbits and a wide variety of birds.
You can snowshoe anywhere in Minnesota's state parks and recreation areas, except on trails that are specifically groomed for another activity, such as skiing or snowmobiling.

  • Sledding hill.

The park is located four and one half miles east of Glyndon off of Highway 10. Follow main park road to the picnic area.

Parking is available in the picnic area.
