 | Roseau flood warning gage, closeup: This picture was taken moments after the sand bag levee gave way. The park behind the gage flooded in a matter of seconds, the road was covered within an hour. The battery and wire connections had to be raised above the predicted crest, before the sandbags gave way to allow for continuous stage information. It worked. |
