Wet Autumn in Fargo and Grand Forks

Meteorological Autumn (September to November) isn't even over yet and already Grand Forks has set a record for the wettest fall ever. Fargo has the second wettest fall ever though noon November 6.

...RECORD WET FALL AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH DAKOTA/NWS CLIMATE
STATION...
BASED ON PRECIPITATION DATA THROUGH NOON CST...THE METEOROLOGICAL FALL 
HAS BEEN THE WETTEST OF RECORD AT THE UND/NWS CLIMATE STATION. AS OF NOON 
11.40 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE SEPTEMBER 1ST...BREAKING THE PREVIOUS 
RECORD OF 10.41 SET IN 1957.

IN FARGO THE SEASONAL TOTAL AS OF NOON CST NOVEMBER 6...THE TOTAL OF
10.15 INCHES IS CURRENTLY THE 2ND WETTEST ON RECORD.
AS AN ADDITIONAL ONE QUARTER TO ONE HALF INCH OF RAIN MAY YET FALL TODAY 
THE FARGO RECORD MAY YET BE BROKEN BY TONIGHT.
