C.J. Ramstad/North Shore State Trail
The trail is in poor condition. It is hard and icy. Expect bare spots and ice on the trail. It has been packed from Laine Road (Two Harbors, MN) to Caribou Lake Trailhead (Tofte, MN). Use caution in the Tofte area, on trail sections that share the road with Forest Road 166/Cross River 600 Road. Watch for trucks hauling on the shared trail as there is a winter timber harvest in progress. Expect early season riding conditions.
