Alert (updated Feb. 19, 2019): A restoration and construction project is limiting access and fishing. The Elm Creek dam outlet is expected to be finished in June 2019, allowing Champlin Mill Pond water levels to return to normal. Fish stocking will resume after the pond re-fills, fish are available, and conditions are favorable for fish survival. Check this page for status updates, as well as the City of Champlin’s project page: https://ci.champlin.mn.us/mill-pond-restoration.
