Bathroom Facilities: Modern bathroom facilities are available from late April through mid-October. Vault toilets are available throughout the park. The vault toilets in the two campgrounds and the picnic grounds are available seasonally when the modern facilities are not open.
Showers: Shower buildings are available from late April through mid-October.
Dump Station: The Sanitation Dumping Station is available late April through mid-October.
Campgrounds: The Savanna Campground is open year-round. The Riverway campground is open from mid-April through mid-October.
Electric Sites: 30 amp max. in the Riverway Campground, 50 amp max. in the Savanna Campground
Reservations: All campsites at William O'Brien State Park are reservable! We encourage you to reserve your campsite in advance. Any site not reserved is available for drop-in camping for one night only. Use self-registration if park staff is unavailable. If additional nights are desired, check with park staff for availability.

Trail Notes: The park has 12 miles of hiking trails. Dogs are permitted, but must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet and attended at all times.
Season Rentals: Canoe, Kayak, and paddleboard rentals are available mid-May through mid-October. GPS units, fishing poles and tackle boxes, birding kits, horseshoes, volleyballs, and bocce balls are available seasonally. Snowshoes are available in the winter after the first significant accumulation. Adults can check out equipment from the park office.
