Seasonal Update

Water: Water is off for the season.

Drinking Water: Drinking water is available year-round at the park office.

Bathroom Facilities: Modern bathroom facilities are closed for the season. Vault toilets are available year-round throughout the park. In the summer, flush toilets are available at the park office and shower building.

Showers: Showers are closed for the season.

Dump Station: This park does not have a dump station.


Campgrounds: Campground is open April 1 - Nov. 23. Reservations may be made for April 26 - Oct. 19 arrivals. For arrivals Oct. 20-Nov. 16, sites are all first-come, first-served.

Electric Sites: Park has 20 electric sites and 15 non-electric sites.

Special Notes for RV Campers: There is no RV dump station in the park.

Trail Notes: The park has 5 miles of hiking trail and 2 miles of surfaced bike trail. In winter, snowshoeing is permitted anywhere in the park, and trail shelters are available. There are no groomed ski trails, but backcountry skiers may go anywhere in the park.

Season Rentals: Canoe and boat rentals are available through October 1 for $15/half day or $25/full day. To initially rent a boat, canoe, or kayak the office must be open. No winter rentals available at this park.

Naturalist Programs and Park Tours: The park does not have a naturalist on staff. Please call park office to schedule a tour.
