Calls are answered 24 hours a day by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources - Enforcement Division or the Minnesota State Patrol. E-mail will be checked Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Non "Time Sensitive" means that the nature of the complaint is informational and does not require an immediate response from an officer. Do not use this reporting method if evidence could be lost or if there is an immediate need to apprehend the violators or the chance that the violators will not be caught if there is not an immediate response.
To report a violation online, please fill out the form as completely as possible. The more information you provide, the easier it will be for a Conservation Officer to investigate.
Location is especially important, please include County and nearest Town to the violation.
These are key pieces of information. If you know the identity of the individual(s) committing the violation, please indicate their name(s) on the form.
All violations reported via this Web site will be investigated, however, you need to insure you provide enough details in the report form so that a Conservation Officer has all the information needed.
