Cold First Week of April 2007

The first week of April was dominated by an artic air mass that plunged temperatures to the single digits in the north with a low of zero at Itasca on April 5th. Some snow accompanied the cold as well. Temperatures rebounded by the middle of the month and highs in the 60's and 70's were common.
